That’s why the brothers put Aunt Berta in a leading position. Aunt Berta knows her vegetables, takes care of them and knows how to create the tastiest dishes. Her motto “Querbeet!” which means “anywhere and everywhere” exemplifies the fact that she is always looking to experiment with new dishes, flavours and ingredients. Peas and mint, berries and beans, beetroot and chilli… unlimited combinations thought through and made with love. You will find exactly this loving approach and preparation in the Querbeet products. This can be seen and tasted. The main ingredients come largely with local regional vegetables, augmented with delicious superfoods reflecting international food trends.
Aunt Berta was inspired by new lifestyle choices and looking over the shoulders of modern street food kitchens. With much enthusiasm (and many vegetables!) she has developed this product range. Aunt Berta gave up using meat ingredients and she has enriched a number of products with cheese which also makes them tastier. Aunt Berta’s products are vegetarian or vegan. And those who try them report that “they will make the taste buds tingle”!
